When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 3 pm GMT (London Time) Monday through Friday ship the same business day, in most instances, and orders received after 3 pm GMT get shipped the following business day. All Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays ship the following business day, or the next available business day that our post offices are open.
How will my order be sent?
Most orders weighing less than 1lb in weight ship via the Royal Post Office European and International orders are sent Royal Mail Air International or Parcelforce.
What is your policy if my order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time listed, please contact us.
Packages Sent by Air Mail Service
The delivery estimated time does not include time for customs and local delivery. Depending on the laws and regulations in your particular country it can depend upon your customs office as they may hold your order for up to five weeks so please be patient.
Will my order be delivered to the shipping address I provided?
Yes, Orders are delivered to your address as per your Paypal address details. However, in some countries, customs officials require shipments to be personally picked up from the customs office by the individual the package is addressed to.
What happens if I provided the incorrect shipping information?
We do rely on our customers to provide us with accurate shipping information with their orders.
If you do realise that you have mistakenly provided the incorrect shipping information at the time you placed your order, please e-mail us at [email protected]
We will then make the requested changes if your order has not yet shipped out. If your order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any address changes.
We will not be held responsible for lost or unclaimed orders due to incorrect shipping information provided with your order. So please verify your order information is correct on your paypal account settings, such as name, full address, zipcode and country. If any replacement shipment is necessary because of incorrect delivery information provided the full cost will have to be charged and paid for again. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded if the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped.
What Happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately if any of the products you ordered were damaged in shipping.
What is your Customs Rejection Policy?
Since customs regulations do vary greatly from one country to another, it's not possible for us to know the laws and regulations in each country we ship orders to.
With respect it is your responsibility to contact your customs office to verify your country's laws and regulations pertaining to the shipment of our products to your own country.
If your order is held or seized by customs for any reason and the order:
a) Is not returned to us - we will not issue you a refund.
b) Is returned to us intact - we will then issue you a refund, less of course the shipping cost we incurred, plus £7 admin restocking fee, after the order is returned to us by customs.
Are there any import taxes to pay on my order?
Its highly unlikely, but this can vary from country to country. You could be subject to import duty if your order is of high monetary value, which is levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
